Direct permanent – This option is used when an employer is certain about a candidate and decides to employ him/her directly. A once off handling fee will be charged and Allman offers a three month guarantee on the employee.
Probation to permanent – This option is used when an employer is uncertain about a candidate or would like to see the candidate work a probation period before making a decision. The employee will then work for Allman for a three to six month probation period before being employed permanently. No guarantees apply after takeover fee has been charged.
Contract/Permanent worker – This option is used when a client does not have the capacity to take on permanent employees or when experiencing fluctuations in workload. The employee will work for Allman for the duration of the contract or until the contract expires. Allman also provides permanent employment where the employee will have a permanent position with Allman at the client’s site.
